Mueller’s testimony moved more Democrats toward a commitment to impeach the President, but many resist acting now. What is impeachment’s downside? What’s its upside? Do you know where you stand?

Join Rep. Jan Schakowsky (IL 9) and Jill Wine-Banks for a thoughtful discussion of the ins and outs of impeachment as the August recess comes to close. Rep. Schakowsky opposed moving toward impeachment but changed her position earlier in the summer and supports an impeachment inquiry. Jill Wine-Banks, a regular commentator for MSNBC, brings the legal and historical perspective of a former federal prosecutor who was an important part of the team that investigated Watergate.
