Planning for a better Chicago – A Discussion on Regional Planning

Join Net Impact Chicago as we host leaders from Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) for an interactive discussion about our city’s regional planning, why it matters, and how it intersects with work in both the public sector, private sector, and impact-focused community. Guest speakers will touch on a broad range of topics that are inclusive of work being done against “Onto 2050” – a plan that guides investments and frames regional priorities on development, the environment, the economy and other issues affecting quality of life in the Chicagoland area. Guest speakers include:

  • Tina Fassett Smith, Communications Principal for CMAP
  • Austen Edwards, Senior Policy Analyst: ON TO 2050
  • Elizabeth Scott, Senior Planner: ON TO 2050

Doors will open at 5:30p for networking. Refreshments (appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks) will be provided. Discussion to start at 6pm

Event is $15 for guests and is discounted for paid-in-full Net Impact Chicago members. Become a member today to take advantage of this opportunity. (If taking advantage of this offer, email us at info@netimpactchicago.org and we’ll send you a promo code to use at registration.)
